Unit 21A has been sold, leaving only 21B as the only Townhome left available. Unit 21B will have a front-facing garage similar to (but a mirror image of) unit 23A, which is owned by Mike & Carey Wills and being currently shown as the model. Excavation for this building has begun and we expect foundations to be poured in early June.

The new Townhomes under construction at 114/116 Fairway Hills Drive have been closed in. The roof is on and all the windows and doors installed. Exterior trim and siding should be complete by Mid-March 2012. At that point, we stop and wait for a buyer to make their selections. Upon acceptance of a purchase committment, it takes approximately 4 months to complete the interior build-out and take occupancy. Make your move!

Midtown A Sellout

The last of the Midtown condominiums have been built and sold. The two units in Riverwatch 3 are nearing completion and expect to be occupied in March of 2012. We are proud of the community we have built and pleased with its success. The many residents are enjoying their urban lifestyle in the heart of downtown Traverse City and we extend a hearty “Thank You” to all who believed in our project and helped make it become a reality.
