It takes about seven or eight months from start of excavation to build a Townhomes and have it ready for occupancy. For most people, that time-frame is just too long. When life happens, you don’t have time to wait. You have a short window to make your move.

Give us just 90 days and we can have your unit ready for move-in. That’s right! The last 3 townhomes are now being framed-in, leaving the interior finishes and selections up to you. Once we have your signed contract and selections, we’ll get it done in just three months.

The new Townhomes under construction at 114/116 Fairway Hills Drive have been closed in. The roof is on and all the windows and doors installed. Exterior trim and siding should be complete by Mid-March 2012. At that point, we stop and wait for a buyer to make their selections. Upon acceptance of a purchase committment, it takes approximately 4 months to complete the interior build-out and take occupancy. Make your move!
